New Start In Millidgeville - Duplex

This house is a side by side duplex that is being built near the hospital in Millidgeville.  It has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms on each side.  The house was started on June 3rd 2013.

Footing poured and this project is well under way!

The footing always looks really small.
How can this fit such a large house on it?
